Our Story
Central Texas Water Restoration was founded in 2008 by Marcus and Linda Trevino, a Killeen couple who had personally experienced the frustration of a water emergency with no reliable local help. After a pipe burst in their home on Fort Hood Street and they struggled to find a responsive, certified restoration company in Bell County, Marcus — who had spent years in construction — decided to get his IICRC certifications and build the company he wished had existed when he needed it.
Starting with a single work van and two industrial dehumidifiers, Marcus began answering emergency calls throughout Killeen and Harker Heights. Word spread fast. By 2012, he had a fleet of three vehicles and a team of six certified technicians. Today, Central Texas Water Restoration employs 14 full-time professionals and serves over 100 clients annually across all of Bell County.
We've been through the Central Texas floods of 2015 and 2018. We've helped Fort Cavazos families deal with burst pipes during the 2021 winter freeze. We know this area, we know the types of damage that happen here, and we know how to fix it. From water damage restoration in Killeen to Temple and Belton, we cover all of Central Texas.

Marcus has 15+ years in restoration and construction. He personally oversees all large commercial jobs and is the lead on complex structural drying projects.

Linda manages all insurance coordination and customer relations. She ensures every claim is handled correctly and every customer feels supported through the process.
Carlos Reyes
Lead Restoration Technician

Carlos joined the team in 2013 and specializes in mold remediation and complex multi-room drying scenarios. He's our go-to lead on mold and sewage jobs.
James Patterson
Emergency Response Specialist

James handles most of our overnight emergency calls. He's known for his calm, reassuring manner with distressed homeowners at 2 in the morning.

Maria coordinates the reconstruction side of our projects, working with subcontractors to ensure seamless restoration from demo through final finish.

Derek manages all commercial and multi-unit restoration projects. He understands the business-critical nature of commercial water damage and prioritizes speed.
